How big is it actually?

Check the dimensions listed in each product's Details section before ordering — photos alone can be misleading about scale. If a size isn't listed, email us at support@mivyna.com and we'll confirm it before you order.

Will it survive outdoors?

Only if the product listing says so. Most of our decor is designed for indoor or sheltered use; using it outdoors when the listing doesn't say it's suitable can damage it and is not covered by our Refund Policy.

How do I look after it?

Keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight and away from moisture unless the listing states otherwise, and dust with a soft, dry cloth. Specific care notes, where they apply, are listed on the product page.

When will it arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-14 business days after dispatch. We ship to addresses within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
