Shipping policy

Shipping regions: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost: Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. During peak seasonal periods this can take a little longer, and we will say so on the product page if it does.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Seasonal items ordered close to a holiday may arrive after it — order early where a date matters to you.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to start updating.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@mivyna.com and we'll help resolve the issue.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information can cause a failed delivery, and we may need to contact you to confirm it before we can resend.
